Yes, we lift... Yes, we wear mascara. And, most days we want to do both. We want to look as natural as possible, especially when we’re on the run. But, we like to have that little extra glow that doesn’t come with being completely makeup-free. But yet a lot of people out there argue that it’s nonsense to wear make-up while exercising! After all, you’re there to work out, not to look pretty. And especially not to please others, right?

Yes! At the end of the day it’s not about pleasing others, but it is about pleasing ourselves.
