A world championship, tons of sweat, and one lucky winner.

Imagine a large gym with a training circuit, including a 5-mile track with 8 workout stations, where participants will be challenged to their max. In the middle is the world champion Imke Salander who’s just set a new record. After crossing the finish line she smiles into the camera and says: “I look the same as before.”... and runs to the winner’s podium. No doubt - that was the ultimate endurance test. Our Physical Nation Mascara definitely scored first place.
„The real winner is actually the mascara. Can we please record how great this is: not a bit smudged. I was sweating, I was pouring water on my face. And it survived the whole Hyrox."

How do I best curl my eyelashes?

You certainly know it: the eyelash curler. It is a super tool to give your eyelashes more curl. Here's how it works: Close the eyelash curler close to the base of the lashes and squeeze the curler for about 10 seconds. 2 things are incredibly important: leave some space between you and the eyelid when using the pliers, otherwise you risk pulling out individual lashes. PSA for everyone using an eyelash curler regularly: Please don’t use your curler once you've applied product to your lashes. Mascara dries quickly and may cause your eyelashes to break from strain.

What to do when lashes are sticking together?

Sticky lashes? Clumps? No thanks! An eyelash comb can help when lashes get messy. Not only does it catch every lash, it also helps remove excess mascara. Don’t have a comb handy? An old mascara brush will do the trick - just make sure it’s sparkly clean.

What else is there to know about putting on mascara?

One of the biggest mistakes you can make is to pump the brush. Yes, you’d think you’re loading up on extra color but you’re actually pushing air into the tube and drying out your mascara more quickly. Our tip: if your mascara has gone dry, just put the tube in a bowl of warm water. It will soften the product, and you can go back to creating your perfect lashes in no time. But make sure you’re checking the best before date - yup, there’s a best before date for makeup, too! By the way, info on how long you can use the product for can be found on the packaging. It’s especially important in regards to mascara: you’re wearing it in close proximity to your precious eyes. It’s good to be careful here!

How do I remove waterproof mascara?

Removing makeup should be part of your beauty routine just like stretching is imperative when playing your favorite sports. That’s why we recommend removing your makeup completely - no matter how late or how little makeup it is. It's best to use an oil-based makeup remover that will also take off waterproof mascara.# What should I do if the mascara doesn't perform as expected?

Don’t worry just yet, here are some easy ways to fix (or avoid!) the problem: 1. You may pump up the volume on your sound system but please don’t pump your mascara! First of all, the pumping causes air to get into the tube (which will make the mascara dry out more quickly); secondly, it makes for too much product on the applicator (which will make your eyelashes clumpy!). We recommend that you remove excess mascara from the applicator with a cloth - easy peasy! 2. Did you apply an oil-heavy cream right before you put on your mascara? It’s one of the key things to avoid! The mascara just won’t stick properly no matter its quality or performance. Better suited for this is a non-oily, but very moisturizing Face Cream. 3. And sometimes, it simply comes down to chemistry: Not all sweat has the same properties! Unfortunately, with a specific electrolyte composition in sweat, some products don’t work the way they are intended to. But hey, this is, in fact, the most unlikely case - and only applies to a few select people. If none of the above tips are helpful, then your best bet is to send us an email at
